Since distance s is given by the function v*t, for a given same time interval t, the object with the greater velocity will travel a greater distance. This was the harder question, the easier is the second one, the answer is because they have different densities. Magnesium is the least dense metal, with a density of about 1.7 grams per cm cubed, whereas tungsten is one of the most dense, with a density of 19.3 grams per cm cubed. Given that we know the mass of the cubes, which we round down to 100 we know that the magnesium cube is has dimensions of around 3.7x3.7x3.7cm and the tungsten one around 1.7x1.7x1.7 cm, which indeed follows our guess of around a 2.2 increase in size. EDIT: I meant 2.2 times bigger in dimensions, not in volume, volume is a cube function, so with a 2.2x increase in dimensions the volume would be around 10 times larger indeed.
